TestTwelve collects information needed to operate a closed-testing coordination service, including account name and email, app and testing-link information submitted by developers, tester device/profile information, status confirmations, payment reference information and payout details supplied by testers.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, coordinate tester assignments, monitor campaign status, verify payments, process tester payout requests, prevent abuse, provide support and maintain service records.
What we do not need
Do not provide your Google Play Console password, Google account password, card details or other credentials. Hosted payment providers process customer payment information separately.
Sharing
Information may be shared only as necessary to operate the service—for example, app/testing instructions with assigned testers and payment or payout information with the relevant payment provider. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for operations, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. We use access controls, password hashing and secure session cookies; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of your account information, subject to records we must retain for legitimate operational or legal reasons. Contact the support address shown on the main website.
International users
The service may involve users in multiple countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed where our hosting and service providers operate.
