Privacy Policy

TestTwelve collects information needed to operate its closed-testing coordination platform. This can include account name and email, developer campaign details, app package names and testing links, tester device/profile details, tester activity check-ins, tester feedback, payout details and basic Tester App telemetry such as app version, device model and Android version.

Account sign-in

If you choose Continue with Google, Google provides a verified account identifier, name and email address used to create or link your TestTwelve account. TestTwelve does not receive your Google password.

Payments

Customer checkout is handled by an external hosted payment provider. TestTwelve may receive and store payment-order metadata needed to match a paid order to a developer account, but this website does not collect or store payment card numbers.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, coordinate tester assignments, operate campaign dashboards, monitor internal activity signals and continuity risk, process payout requests, provide support, prevent abuse and maintain operational records.

Google credentials

Do not provide your Google Play Console password, Google account password, one-time codes or other private credentials. TestTwelve does not need them to coordinate a campaign.

Tester App and activity signals

Tester check-ins and any optional device activity signals are TestTwelve internal monitoring data. They are not direct Google Play Console verification. Tester App heartbeat records may include app version, device model, Android version and last-seen time to support app updates and troubleshooting.

Sharing

Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to operate the platform—for example, testing instructions with assigned testers and payment or payout information with the relevant provider. TestTwelve does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Records are retained as reasonably necessary for operations, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal obligations. TestTwelve uses password hashing, access controls and secure session mechanisms, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of account information, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
